Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you. However, Urban Hub is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
