Refund policy
At Urban Hub, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. As our products are made-to-order with unique, pre-designed prints, we follow a clear and fair return policy.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges if the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Since all products are print-on-demand and made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference
Please make sure to review product details and size guides carefully before placing your order.
Refunds
If your claim is approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement at no extra cost, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
